- 3/27/2012 - Intific, Inc., announced today it has joined the EDGE® Innovation Network, a collaborative, open-environment initiative enabling industry and academia, with government input, to work together to enhance the delivery cycle of new technologies and innovative capabilities to warfighters and first responders. - 3/15/2012 - Prime, Intific’s Predator/Reaper simulator, was identified as a United States Air Force Best Practice as part of Air Education Training Command’s Remotely Piloted Aircraft Fundamentals Course. The Best Practice certification was based upon a large majority of students identifying the PRIME simulator as the most valuable training they received. The Air Force also noted that training with PRIME is highly efficient because of a 20:1 student to teacher ratio and small support footprint.
- 2/7/2012 - Intific's contract to build a next generation education platform was recently extended by DARPA through the end of 2012. The goal of the program - called OurSpace - is to create educational games and game building toolkits for K-3 science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
- 1/4/2012 - Intific was awarded a contract to service and support PRIME - our Predator/Reaper introductory trainer software that is currently in use by the United States Air Force. PRIME enables large scale, low cost training of pilots for remotely piloted aircraft.
- 12/2/2011 - Development of the nowTu mobile device instructional platform, part of Intific’s Education product line, is continuing. In December 2011, Intific received an award from the US Navy to implement the system on Android devices.
- 11/30/2011 - Intific's Eagle-Eye vigilance desktop trainer was Serious Games Challenge Finalist at the 2011 Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC)
- 11/22/2011 - Intific was awarded a Phase I SBIR "IN-Comics: Online Graphic Novel/Sequential Art Authoring Tools for Therapeutic Storytelling." The goal of the IN-Comics project is to create a new form of digital expression that is ideal for therapy, education, and training.
